jag tycker vekligen om john bauers målningar ur sagoböckerna bland tomtar och troll. kanske för att de påminner mig så mycket om när jag var liten och gick runt i de småländska skogarna med min morfar som brukade berätta om bergatrollen som gömde sig i skogen och kastade stenbumlingar om man kom för nära.

i am very fond of the paintings john bauer made for the storybooks among gnomes and trolls. perhaps because they reminds me of when i was a little child and used to go for walks in the forest with my grandfather who told me stories of the mountain trolls who lived there.
